Contact the Person In Charge of Operations: CEO (Roger Preston) or Chief Pilot (Reuben Horne) Their phone numbers are HERE
3. Take note of any property damage and take photos if possible (without disturbing any emergency personnel or potential investigations.)
If approached (in person or by phone, social media or similar) about the situation by anyone who is not a first responder or family/ staff member (eg. member of the public) your answer is "I have nothing I can tell you at this time." That is ALL you say.
If it is a journalist or family/staff member, your answer (unless explicitly told otherwise by the CEO) is "I'll need to ask you to speak with our CEO, Roger Preston about that. His number is 027-434-3452." That is ALL you say.

If unsuccessful:
try to contact the other Pilot/s and see if they can obtain communication via the aircraft radios.
